Google User Data — Retention, Deletion, and Use
When you connect your Google account to HelloSky via OAuth, we access Google user data solely to send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account. HelloSky does not read your inbox, message contents, message metadata, or contacts.
What we store. For each email you send through HelloSky, we retain a copy of the message you composed (recipient, subject, and body) so you can view it on the Sent Emails page. We also store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google so we can send on your behalf.
Retention. Stored sent-email records and OAuth tokens are retained for the lifetime of your active HelloSky account. Tokens are rotated periodically.
Deletion. You may disconnect your Google account at any time from the Email Integration page inside HelloSky. Upon disconnection, all stored Google access and refresh tokens are revoked and deleted from our systems within 24 hours. You may request full deletion of all sent-email records and associated Google user data by emailing info@skyminyr.com; we will permanently delete this data within 30 days of the request. You can also revoke HelloSky’s access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AI/ML training. HelloSky does not use any Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Google user data is processed only to perform the user-initiated send action and is never shared with third parties for AI training purposes.
Limited Use
HelloSky’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside the United States and provide information to us, we transfer the data to the United States and process it there. HelloSky takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely.

HelloSky may disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of HelloSky, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
